Our organization is encountering a problem with the updated Outlook, where modifications to already accepted meeting invites are being directly sent to the deleted folder. This is causing difficulties as individuals are not aware of the changes to meetings, leading to missed appointments.

Furthermore, for any updates that were dispatched before the team deselected the aforementioned option, how can we ensure they receive the notification without having to resend all meeting invites?
